OpenDay 2026 opens a new chapter, expanding our original SkyBreathe® user conference into a broader flight ops community gathering. This year’s program brings fuel efficiency and safety together through a new collaboration with CEFA Aviation, a recognized leader in aviation safety.

This evolution reflects a clear choice: to showcase the future of flight ops excellence through best-in-class, innovation-led solutions and to bring the most advanced practices and tools within a single flight operations community. 

Across the OpenDay Campus, you’ll explore how both disciplines intersect in real operations, from data-driven efficiency insights to safety-focused perspectives. “Beyond Efficiency – Designing Flight Ops Excellence” is the central thread of the Campus, brought to life through masterclasses, training sessions, and peer exchange.

    One-on-one & Welcome party
    Attend a dedicated One-on-One for a focused, tailored working session with the CEFA and OpenAirlines team (on demand).

  • Tuesday, April 21st
    OpenDay - Day 1
    Start the day with the Flight Ops community in plenary sessions with keynotes, inspiring talks, and airline case studies. In the afternoon, choose the Safety or Fuel Efficiency track to dive deeper into what matters most for your job.
  • Wednesday, April 22nd
    OpenDay - Day 2
    Morning focus on pilot engagement through plenary sessions, with inspiring talks and airline experience sharing on real-world challenges. Afternoon is dedicated to collaborative workshops.
  • Thursday, April 23rd
    One-on-one
    Last chance to attend a dedicated One-on-One for a focused, tailored working session with the CEFA and OpenAirlines team (on demand).

I attended the event for the first time and it was amazing to interact with people from different airlines but under same SkyBreathe community. It was a wonderful event and a good platform to enhance knowledge from different people having different approaches in different airlines.
